The submissions received from the Community Consultation are under review with a further Report to presented to a future Council Meeting.

The current Lease for the Port Elliot Surf Life Saving Club expired in June 2020. Due to the redevelopment of the facility at the time, the Port Elliot Surf Life Saving Club continued to operate under the holding over clause of their Lease until the new facility was completed.
Following the completion of the redevelopment, a new 21 year draft ground Lease has been prepared for the Port Elliot Surf Life Saving Club on the same terms and conditions as the two (2) Leases recently issued to the Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club and the Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club.
