Alexandrina Council is currently developing a Recreation, Open space, and Sport Strategy (ROSS). This strategy aims to review the current supply and assess future demand for recreation, open space, and sports facilities within the Alexandrina Council area.
The goal of the ROSS is to create a comprehensive strategy that includes levels of service to guide the implementation of a 10-year plan for all recreation, open space, and sport assets. This strategy will be instrumental in shaping future asset management decisions, ensuring the sustainable development and maintenance of our recreation, open space, and sports facilities across the Alexandrina Council region.
Community input is vital to this process, as it will help us understand the needs and priorities of our residents and guide the provision of facilities within our open spaces.
Therefore, Alexandrina Council are seeking feedback regarding their open space and recreation facilities. This feedback is important and allows us to strategically plan and direct resources to improve the provision of our community facilities.
The survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and will help inform the development of our Recreation, Open space and Sport Strategy (ROSS).
