Community consultation is now closed
Council is considering a new Community Lease Agreement with the Clayton Bay Boat Club Inc. Island View Drive, Clayton.
The proposal is for a 20 year community lease for the current area occupied by the Club and, consideration to extend the lease area on the Eastern side of the Club for the purpose of boat storage, an area for sail craft bays and parking on event days.
