Armfield Slip and Boatshed Draft Lease
Armfield Slip is a facility that specialises in restoring small wooden boats. Following a review of this facility as a Section 41 Committee of Council, the members have decided to transition to an incorporated body – Armfield Wooden Boats Incorporated - requiring them to formally lease premises from Council.
Alexandrina Council intends to enter into a lease agreement with Armfield Wooden Boats Incorporated for the lease of Armfield Slip and Boatshed, Piece 2 in DP31075 in the Hundred of Goolwa, Crown Record Volume 5591 Folio 956 Riverside Drive, Goolwa, SA, 5214.
Written submissions regarding the draft lease agreement will be accepted by Council until 5pm, 12 December 2013.
