We are seeking community feedback on the proposal to revoke the community land classification and undertake a strategic land sale of the Reserve, located at 3 Sissons Road, Strathalbyn which is currently listed as Council owned community land.

Benefits of the proposal

The proceeds from the sale of the 3 Sissons Road land provides an opportunity to re-invest into other identified projects, pay down debt and/or develop land parcels that could further contribute to Council’s strategic objectives while maximising return on investment for the community.
