Port Elliot Tennis Club - Draft Lease

The Port Elliot Tennis Club has been operating from a portion of Augusta Square on Charter Street Port Elliot since the early 1900s. The Club has held leases with Council since 1953. The Club has approached Council seeking a 21 year lease for continued occupancy of the land from the 1 July 2018 onwards for tennis and associated recreation purposes.

As the Lease is for use of a portion of community land, public consultation on the proposed lease is required in accordance with the Local Government Act 1999. The Port Elliot Tennis Club Draft Lease can be viewed here.
