Council is considering a new Lease Agreement with the Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club, located at 112 Barrage Road, Goolwa South.

The proposal is for a 20 year community ground lease for the current area occupied by the Club.

The proposed area of lease reflects the existing footprint of the current facility, and the Club would remain responsible for all building and maintenance costs, rates and service connections.
