Alexandrina Council proposes a 21 year commercial lease agreement with a third party to repair and restore the Barrage Road Marina for local community and tourism benefit. Located on a portion of land on Barrage Road Goolwa adjacent to the Bristow Smith Reserve, the Marina has recently been operated by Council.
A Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) has been undertaken by Council which identified the significant benefits for the Marina through third party management, investment and restoration.
