Goolwa Boat Haven is a small, boutique style Marina located on a parcel of land and road reserve located along the river front of Liverpool Road Goolwa.The Lessees have approached Council seeking a 21 year lease for continued occupancy of the land from the 1 October 2018 onwards for Marina and associated tourism accommodation purposes.
As the Lease is for use of a portion of road reserve and a portion of community land, public consultation on the proposed lease and proposed road rent over a portion of the reserve is required in accordance with the Local Government Act 1999.
