Community consultation is now closed

Council is considering a new Lease Agreement with the Lessees of the Flying Fish Café for ongoing tenure at Horseshoe Bay, Port Elliot. The operators have requested a 5 + 5 year Lease term commencing 1 July 2021, in order to continue to provide restaurant and café services at this iconic tourist and local destination. The draft Lease is available to view here, and for further information please call Council’s Property Officer on 8555 7000.

Submissions regarding the proposed Lease will be accepted by Council until 5pm Friday 18 June 2021.
