Draft Heritage Strategy and Action Plan 2023-2030

Alexandrina Council has prepared our first-ever written Heritage Strategy and Action Plan.

The Alexandrina Council Region is home to some of the most unique and accessible heritage assets and experiences within regional South Australia. We have an opportunity to be at the forefront of heritage management and heritage tourism and in doing so, achieve positive and lasting outcomes for our heritage. Now is your opportunity to view and provide feedback on the Draft Heritage Strategy and Action Plan 2023-2030.

• By Mail - please direct written submission to alex@alexandrina.sa.gov.au or
  by post to Att: CEO, Alexandrina Council, PO Box 21, Goolwa SA 5214, or
• In Person - Complete a hard copy survey at the Strathalbyn or Goolwa offices or attend one of the popup sessions:
  • Wednesday 27 September 4pm-7pm Strathalbyn Community Centre, Bremer Room (1 Colman Tce)
  • Wednesday 4 October 4pm-7pm Goolwa (school holidays) – Goolwa Council Office (Gallery outside Chamber)
  • Tuesday 17 October 10am-12pm – Port Elliot Chambers

Submissions regarding the proposal will be accepted by Council until Friday 20 October 2023, 5pm
